Toll Brothers

Toll brothers is the best contractor they honor warranty came out and fixed my family’s neighbors house last year. Very reliable and the best home builder in the market. I recommend toll to anyone.

Today I submitted a warranty request for a landscape vegetation that I believe was incorrectly installed by Toll Brothers subcontractor, they used a "volcano" style earth which means the rain water would just sit inside a "bowl" like earth and would then kill the tree. Toll Brothers representative kept going back to "it's not covered under warranty", but they would not admit to the unprofessional shoddy work. This means I will likely not purchase a new build from them, they do not treat their customer right.

Do not buy from Toll, they dont honor warranty and takes forever to get back with you. Main sewer backed up in to house, we had to get a quick fix. They refuse to pay cause. Another contractor altered the work. They sent earnhardt plumber in training to service 850K homes.

Unprofessional management and worst after purchase warranty customer service.....fake "luxury" brand. We bought our unit October last year and light fixtures are rusted, almost all door hinges are rusted, walls cracked, 2inchs screw sticking out, front door won't lock properly / sticking out the frame, annoying floor squeaking all over the place. Floor already dipped in bedroom, floor bumps underneath the carpet and horrible customer service. I emailed the the CEO 3 times but he won't reply to my concerns for not getting fare treatment like other customers regarding kitchen exterior fan ducting. Our unit doesn't recycle air/cooking smoke due to the fact they did not connect the microwave with ducting to the outside. 90% of all units has them but ours and few units don't. To save the
