Poor building materials, Poor building quality and horrible workmanship Please stay away from this builder. They are marketing as America's luxury home builder. They should not market themself as an America's luxury home builder. After I close, Nothing working. No hot water, no heating. What is the point paying 1.5M for the home ? Moreover, they never send technician at home to fix the issue. I ended up calling CFO and then someone came to fix the issue. This is just one example. Bottom line : Stay away from this builder. I must tell you "Landon Homes" is much better than Toll Brothers at Lexington, Frisco. Stay away from Toll Brothers. If I have a option to give negative star on Google I would have given negative star.
