Toll Brothers at Jordan Pointe

Dealing with the sales associates at this location is excruciating to deal with. Not responsive and do not follow up with agreed upon information once you are able to get time with them. Their lack of response ended up costing us at least $30,000 because key incentives expired while we were waiting. Jordan Pointe is in such high demand, they have no reason to provide good customer service. We will likely not move forward building with Toll Brothers based on our interactions with him. The homes are beautiful, but we are going on 3 weeks trying to get a starting estimate on a new house.

The Toll Brothers at Jordan Pointe has great appeal in the large lot sizes, very upscale selections and finishes plus the open bright layouts. I am confident these new construction homes will have great equity building in the years to come.

We were interested in a well-built home on a larger lot in the Triangle, and Toll Brothers at Jordan Pointe delivered. Throughout the buying and building experience, I was very happy working with Stephen Ellias, Bryan Watkins, Ryan Switzer, and Cindy Marazzi. The sales, design, and building teams worked hard to implement our ideas, and we had zero surprise costs. The level of customer service and quality of construction justified any price premium of building with Toll Brothers, and resulted in a happy home-buying experience from beginning to end.

Toll Brothers is the third builder we have worked with and I wish they had been the first and only! They have been great to work with and I would build with them again over any other builder. Stephen has been great to work with. He answers our questions in a timely manner and helps keep everyone in the loop on things.

This is an honest review. I did not visit Jordan Pointe, but another new community going in near the same area. Toll Brothers definitely have my vote, if it were within my means. For those who can afford it, Toll Brothers, as a builder, is worth checking out. Just look on their website.
