We recently made our third realty process with Todd as our agent - we sold a house, bought a house, and now some land. Todd worked with us through thick and thin during a very complicated process to ensure satisfactory due diligence before finally making our land purchase. Todd was there for us every step of the way during our first home buying experience. First, by touring open houses with us and giving us honest opinions and then standing by our side while we waiting for our new build to be completed over the past several months. Todd was always very responsive to our needs and answered in a timely manner. He was always willing to explain things that were not clear to us as first time buyers. I highly recommend Todd, he is great at what he does!
