TODD

I've lived at Todd for the past two years, and I can confidently say that Petia and Hovan have completely transformed the complex. When they first took over, there were a lot of challenges, but they tackled them head-on and have really outdone themselves. Over the past year, they’ve made major renovations to the apartments, making sure tenants were happy and comfortable. I also want to give a big shoutout to the Todd Maintenance team, they've been patient, dedicated, and always willing to fix any issues quickly and professionally. I can honestly say I love living at Todd now. The gym, pool area, and parking garage all needed updates, and they did an amazing job with renovations. Whole building is made out of cardboard, none of the walls are soundproof. They charged me for a door they never even fixed even 6 months later. Staff is great although the company is very greedy. They even charged my previous roommate for having dust on his dresser, which they charge him $50 for. Also the pool view they show is not real. All you can see is a giant parking garage

My roommates and I walked into the leasing office 5 minutes before closing, and Havon was more than willing to accommodate us. Within 10 minutes we were organized into a room and had our leases sent to us. He was very friendly, and his helpful attitude really solidified our belief that Todd is the right fit for us!

So overpriced for what you’re getting. Pool was constantly disgusting and was never cleaned, hallways always smelled terrible and were very dirty. For the cold months of the year you can expect little to no hot water, and our apartment flooded during heavy rain (which happened a lot this spring). Maintenance came to fix it 3 times and the third time held for a while until this past week. Employees are very kind but overall this place is way too expensive for the quality of living you’re getting. Only plus is how close it is to campus.

From the day I moved in to the day I moved out I have had issues living at TODD. For starters, I paid an extra $100 dollars for the “early move in” date. The whole process was a complete joke, the early move in was less than a week before the normal move in date/time. Which I was not aware of until the middle of August. If the move out date is July 31st, why did I have to pay $100 to move in EARLY only for my date to be August 12th, quite literally less than a week before the real move in date. Absolutely unacceptable to charge so much. Upon moving in my apartment was FILTHY, it quite literally looked like someone had moved out the same day I was moving in. Their excuse for the late move in day right before the semester was that the vendors who worked for the apartment needed time to go in
