Tina was the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She is lazy, used her old iPhone for pictures, she refused to buy a sign for my yard because she said she wouldn’t use it again in the HOA, and she was always unorganized. Anytime there was a problem she dumped it on me to handle. What was I paying her for? I was minutes away from losing my house because she lied to seller for months telling them my house was sold when it wasn’t. Anyone involved in this process agreed she was awful and they had never seen anything handled this poorly. I never felt like she cared and I found her rude. I was just extremely disappointed and she didn’t deserve to get paid. Stay away unless you like doing all the work and want to be stressed thru entire process. I wouldn’t even give her 1 star.

I found Tina's agency online as I was searching for a real estate agent. I was ready to sell my house that I inherited from my mom. I Held on to this house for 10 years for personal, sentimental reasons and great memories. I called Tina and she answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction. Don't know why anyone would choose anyone else! Tina spent a day with my wife and I showing us places we wanted to see. The second day, based of her first day with us, Tina took us to homes she thought fit our desires. BINGO!! The first house was exactly what we wanted. Purchased the condo the next day with our first offer. Two years later a work transfer dictated we sell the same condo. There were three other units in the complex for sale that had been on the market several months. 5 days after placing it on the market Tina had it sold at our asking price!! No one better in the state!!!
