I have lived here for almost a year. The property was converted from a Radisson Corporate housing to the Tizon, an affordable housing for seniors. It is surrounded by well maintained landscaping, office buildings, restaurants, walking paths and views of the hills around. I live alone and feel very safe. Yes, we have had some tenants that needed more assistance and Jason has worked with them to find more suitable housing. If drugs are being sold, I’m pretty sure management will take care of that also. For the rest of us, we have so much to be grateful for; pool, hot tub, activities like yoga and meditation, food deliveries, worship on Sundays, office space with free WiFi and computers, and close to shopping. Life is good 😊

NOT a safe, enjoyable place to live. Many tenants here that harass, threaten and stalk the other tenants, on a daily basis. Drugs sold in the parking lot, NO security. Police are here most nights and manager does nothing to help or make us feel safe and heard. Avoid putting a loved one here at all cost. Mental Health tenants not made to be compliant, just like the ones you witness downtown and about, yelling, using fowl language, threatening, live here with seniors. No one to see they take their medications, don't carry weapons or don't use drugs. It's not safe to leave your apartment and enjoy the pool or garden. It has gotten beyond unsafe. I lived at the Tizon apartments, and what a joy it was, very beautiful surroundings , very clean and great and friendly people. the manager named Jason , is the greatest most professional manager iI have ever met, always being there to help everyone with whatever issues they might have, This is truly a five star place to live
