Tivoli Reserve

I visit family here and it is an absolute great place to live. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, kept very clean, pool is always immaculate. I definitely would have purchased a home here but they were all sold out when I moved back to Florida.

I don't recommend buying a new construction from KB because it is a lot of problems that come with the home and they will say anything to make a sale even when it's false. The price is never what they say the closing is never what they say they are never on time they are always behind and it will cost you a lot Financially More than you want to. And even when they say that they're going to resolve the issue before closing they don't when they say they're gon to resolve the issue after closing they don't. The keyword is here they don't. Stay away stay far far away for your purse/ wallets sake. No reflection on the community the community is fine it's KB itself.
