TITLE MAX DUNKIRK- Used them to close on the sale of an investment property. Honestly, I feel they were shocked of my color and my business partner's color. We've worked with many title companies over the years. Never had so many weird questions. They told my business partner several untruths that we confirmed. They thought that it was "strange" that my business partner was in Costa Rica. She actually has a home there but why does that even matter?? They also refused to route funds the way we requested and said their "underwriter" wouldn't allow them to send to our contractor. They also refused to verify our wire and account numbers to ensure that the numbers were correct. Because of this refusal we had to wait for a check to be mailed.
