Look up my account, and you will see that out of 75 reviews I've written, only three are 1 star..... My wife and I signed all documents, paid our down payment with all fees, and then we received the keys to our home....except we then had to give the keys back until the seller could figure out how much they owed on the home. Why was the date selected for finalizing paperwork? Why were we given a date for move in? What was the purpose of allowing us to sign and take the keys if the paperwork was actually not finished on the seller's side? This issue took over 2 weeks to resolve which effectively made us homeless for over a week. Everyone makes mistakes, and we can all forgive that..... But refusing to make it right is where this went South - they refused to cover the cost of our surprise

Not super impressed with their customer service. We bought a house with cash. The wiring instructions were sent a few hours prior to closing with CLEAR instructions to call them to verify an account number sent in the email prior to wiring any money. We called immediately and were unable to reach anyone. We tried every extension until we were about 1 hour before closing. We were literally sitting in a bank parking lot with our infant (keep in mind, we still had to wait at the bank for someone to open their office to perform the transfer and then get to closing.) Our closing agent, Rose did a phenomenal job to make our closing happen efficiently and in a timely manner despite the major obstacle of the Buyer's lender having been under a cyber attack. I would definitely recommend Title Solutions of Florida LLC!
