As an agents, please stay away from this company. We had a closing before Christmas and several times Todd Murphy kept asking for documents that were already emailed to him. Totally disorganized. And there were 3 agents involved in the transaction and we requested our commissions to be wired before Christmas and emailed him the wire instructions, his lack of organization and never answering our emails, he mailed a check to our main office and we didn't get our commissions when they were expected. Stay away from using them. And their best answer to all bad reviews is that is false info, if you don't believe our claims test them and see how long it takes them to response if any.

Well unfortunately I can’t even give a one star for this company. Todd thinks it’s ok to yell at me because he said I backed out of a closing two days before closing. The appraisal on the condo I wanted was $30,000 lower then asking price. No mortgage company would give a loan. So that was the case. Also when I kept calling to asked about my the money I put in escrow, “the check is in the mail” I was told. Oct. 25th was the day they told me they sent it out. Well low and behold I received the check, dated Nov. 1st. On Nov.2nd. So I guess I deserve to get yelled at by Todd because I wanted my money returned and not to be lied to for a week. Well if I have a drinking problem it’s because you held my 10,000.00 for more then a week and your staff lied. Do you record your calls for quality purp
