Title King Express and Lien Corp

WARNING – Be extremely careful before doing business with this company. On April 27, 2021 I paid $475 to King Express and Lien Corp for title services for a vehicle). I have the official receipt as proof of payment. It has now been years and I never received the title or a refund. Keeping payment for a service that was never delivered is completely unacceptable. While looking into this situation further, I also discovered that the company’s registration with the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz) has been inactive since 2020, yet they appear to still be operating and taking people’s money. I am not the only person reporting this type of issue. After reading other reviews online, it seems multiple people have had similar experiences. I have all documentation and proof of payment

I paid $750 for title paperwork in January 2025 & have not yet received nor have they rendered any services to me. I have called all 3 #s that have been provided on a recorded phone line to keep getting told this & that about medical issues with his father the owner Phichole Williams & with the son with stating a death with an in-law & hospitalized do to food poisoning etc. The son told me 3 weeks ago when he finally responded to my text message that he is still working on my paperwork but that if I did not take my review down he wouldn't process anything for me. Ummm well Sir you must provide the services that I paid for according to the law. For the last 11months the son is very in professional & does not return any calls or emails nor texts messages to even update me of the title paperw

This company is really a scammed!! I contacted them September 2024 to do a title for me after the death of my dad. I paid 675 my money order. Since then, it has been all excuses. Like dmv, stroke of father, in London for family member funeral, out in court, and all kinds of missed matched stories!! Use to pick up and return calls and texts. But when I asked for refund, all communications STOPPED!! "Sir, just dispute the charge OK cause I'm not caring about the media at all. Go ahead. I've been doing this for 25 years. I've done more titles to any man on planet earth there's a lot that has transpired. I have not even been in the office for a week, so do what you must do the best thing to do just dispute the charge. Get your money back. Find another outlet to get it done. I'm the best there

I have paid them $675 in April of 2023. It took me over a year and a 1 to get my paperwork and then it was not right. I think I got the paperwork sometime in January of last year. I have tried to get the title and have since not been able to. He was supposed to help me get it fixed and has not done it since not sure what his deal is. But I have also contacted an attorney this may be the only way to get his attention as a gentleman before me said. I got the same excuses as his father was sick. They were out of the country. He got sick and supposedly had food poisoning or something. Along those lines, it was always something we were so close to getting it taken care of I just wish he would have finished app my paperwork and I wouldn't have to go another route. I hope this helps anybody else.

Definitely resolved titles in the past but he Robbed me June 1 2023 for $675 won’t return calls beware he is now a thief
