Princeton Park

My living experience here so far has been great. Moving somewhere new, especially with kids is always scary. You always worry about the neighborhood and environment. It has been nothing but calm and everyone here is so friendly. The leasing office is very responsive and always there to answer any questions. I had a small issue with my drain plug in the bathtub and I submitted the maintenance request super late at night and they came right away the next morning and fixed it in two seconds. The previous apartment complex that I lived in, I would have to call the leasing office multiple times because my maintenance request would get ignored. Man lives in Tent Steals from us daily, screams at women. My Family don’t feel safe. More people live under bridge near by.

Passed by Princeton Park for a 2x2 and man was I blown away from the amazing service the ladies in the office provided!! Jess set the bar for other properties in the area! Haven't walked into an office and immediately feel like home so welcoming very down to earth!! Princeton Park is that place to live!!!

Princeton Park has been one of the best Properties I have come across in my search for a new place to live. The staff in the office was accommodating and professional. The property is well-kept and has a lovely dog park at the end of the property. I had many questions, and they sat with me and answered them all. I hope they will have something available soon so I can live there.

This is a beautiful community and a great place to live, specially if you have a family ,very comfortable , convenient and very clean complex. I feel great with the management team and also with the ladies in the office, they always doing a great job to support or help us in any matter. The amenities are fantastic ,i love working out in the gym, has a lot free weight. The pool also is very nice and cool specially here in south Florida were we have most of the time Sun and Hot weather, very modern style. the apartments are in a neat condition, luxury and well conditioned. Im in love with this community. Thankful of been here
