I tried to give my initial check to the escrow company and asked nicely then firmly with no raised voice to confirm it was going to the right escrow account. Two folks said they wouldn't confirm and they'll take the check and give me a receipt. I called my agent and said change title company or the purchase is off. I'm done venting and yes this was after a walk to cool down LOL. Went back next week and the experience was so much better--even perfect. I'll raise stars up of course.

Starting with the preliminary clearance of the Power of Attorney that Seller had which was a copy of the only original that the Seller 's Attorney-in-fact had given to the Bank to access Sellers account and pay her bills & never got back.
