Polite crew, but very unprepared. About 10 days prior to closing, the closing agent (Jonathan) still had no knowledge of the transaction or closing date. By some miracle we made it to closing- my partner & I arrived to the closing table just to have it delayed by an hour. The closing agent failed to make complete copies of closing docs for lender. The following day we received a call that they had forgot to include a form in the closing docs, which needed notarization. After getting the document signed and notarized, they let us know that there was another document that was missing. This was the most unprofessional closing I have ever attended, & by far the most unprofessional title company we have ever worked with.

We work with Title an abstact on about 100 transactions a year and they are amazing. Lauren is on point, very professional and organized.
