Titan Hill Townhomes

The move has been a bit stressful, and I’ve only lived here a little over a week (I live in the Willow), but it already feels very welcoming. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, tucked away, and feels safe with lights all around. What I appreciate most is the onsite manager, Olivia. She’s always friendly, quick to respond, and goes out of her way to help with anything that comes up. Having someone so reliable and approachable makes a big difference and really gives peace of mind. She made the move so much easier, answered all of my (many) questions, and truly went above and beyond. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable townhouse with excellent management.

We’ve had a consistently great experience living at Titan Hill Townhomes. The community is welcoming, the grounds are well-maintained, and the townhomes themselves are comfortable and well cared for. The standout feature, though, is the maintenance and management team. They’re very responsive and they take good care of the property. Even though the units are connected, noise has never been an issue. I have five children, and our neighbors say they hardly hear anything, which honestly still amazes me. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. My only wish is that there were a designated play area for kids.

My family and I move in next month. Love bout the home is the kitchen and the walk in closets. Neighborhood is nice,peaceful. On-site manager Olivia is friendly kind, sweet and patient. She made me feel comfortable. She helped me with my application and took the time to help me. I didn't feel rushed or anything. She is quick to respond back. I can't wait to move in with my family. ❤️

Beautiful homes with fantastic floor plans and welcoming color schemes, neatly tended grounds in a desirable West Salem neighborhood close to great schools. Orchard Heights Park is just down the road within walking distance; looping trails, tennis courts and peaceful picnic areas next to the creek. Super helpful and friendly staff, Olivia goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and hospitality :)

We’ve been living here a week now and my wife and I love the space! Our 3 bed rooms each have their own walk in closet which is fantastic for storage. Everything is brand new: the flooring, carpets and utilities! The neighborhood is great as well; very quiet and in a nice area.
