Had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Adam helped us through the entire process, everyone was every attentive to our needs, from Titans contractors to their Sales Manager Mary. They delivered our home safely and did a great job setting it, I had no issues. I cannot THANK Adam ENOUGH for making sure everything got done in a timely manner. He always responded even if he got busy. Never left any of my questions unanswered if he didn’t know he would figure it out for me. I am very satisfied with my beautiful home and would recommend anyone to Titan Homes (SEE ADAM) 10/10!!!!

I just wanna say that I bought a beautiful home from titan homes, I’ve come in contact with a lot of great people but I just wanna say that Ashley Lamberton has went out of her way to help she has went beyond. when I mention something to her she has no hesitation to help me with whatever issues, she’s very friendly, soft spoken, kind, she’s a go getter. she would make a good sell’s person I give her 10 stars very caring you can tell she take’s pride in what she does I would recommend her to anyone. Put a deposit down on a home about a month ago, the original salesman went out on “medical leave” never heard anything from them until I contacted them two wks later. Then the 2nd salesman I’ve dealt with had us come in and totally redid the original deal I had made with the prior salesman. I feel like I was not treated right due to being a single mom with 2 children, that may be so but I’m not a broke single mom! I am a single mom who has no debt except a car payment, all my bills are paid on time. So far I have given them a deposit, tossed from one salesman to another was told that they’d be in touch, and nothing just SILENCE!

We bought a brand new double wide last July From Champion homes, with our total price being around $140,000. Honestly, at this point, we don’t feel what it’s worth the money we paid. Our home has had plenty of issues. When we first moved in all of the sinks had leaks underneath, Almost every outlet in our kitchen didn’t work. Fast forward a year later, almost every cabinet has had to be put back on because they fall off and everything is made with cheap particleboard so it’s a whole process to put them back on because it breaks the wood that they are connected to. The countertops chip at nothing, As well as the Cheap paper that the cabinets are covered in. Also, our back door doesn’t close unless it’s locked by the knob lock and deadbolt and our front screen door doesn’t lock. Shitty qual

These homes were paid in cash yes that's right folks cash over half $1 million in cash!
