Amaranth apartments

I'm a business man who works nights. I was asked over a week ahead of time to bring my cousin to give money for his background check trying to get an apartment. He was told to be here at 1:30 pm were here at 1:20 pm n have been here till 2:15 pm almost an hour how in the world does a management company make money when they can't be here on the hours they claim to be open? Well I'm glad to send you a 50 dollar bill for my time since you made the friggin appointment n couldn't get off that lazy behind n be here.

This is by far the worst place to live at. The manager Jessica don't do her job at all. She sit in the office all day and don't answer the phone. I have been having issues with her and the upstairs neighbors for over a year. I done everything she told me to do and she still did nothing about the situation. I would recommend anyone not to move here. Waist of time and money.

This place is FAR from perfect. The office manager will never listen to your complaints, and shows obvious signs of favoritism. If you have an upstairs neighbor with no respect you will hear stomping all throughout the day. paying this much rent to be ignored is insane.

Google says you are open and this picture shows you are closed. You schedule a time for someone to be here. And then you are not here. That is not business etiquette, how do you run a business if you aren’t here.
