I have lived at Quail Rise in Thomasville for 5 years. It used to be a joy living here. Great apartment manager. But when Shelli left it all went down hill. The little girl they have in the office now is nothing but a smart mouth. I retired from finance after 38 years so have plenty of customer service skills. This little girl has none. How she talked to me yesterday was appalling! She wouldn't tell me her supervisor name or base location. I had sent on there portal a message over 2 weeks ago and still no response. I am 61 years old and worked in management all those years and can say I would never have anyone like that representing my company. Management means a lot to the residence in a complex. Quail Rise fails big time in that area!

I've lived here 4 years while I am happy about my first apartment ever the property management has been really poor. I lost my job January 2018 and was told by the other previous tenants that since I have no income then I should receive utility checks. I never received one until this new management guy here this year who is doing amazing compared to the others I went pick up the first one and it was back dated to 12/18. I'm not understanding why is only backdated to dec when I was out the whole entire year of 18 my last day at McDonald's was 19th of January. I just want know where are the rest

Tishco properties/ Harbor North is very nerve wrecking. The manager here is so unprofessional, dishonest, and has a lack of compassion for certain tenants. I just lost my job and she sitting up here worrying about July and July hasn’t even gotten here yet! I turned in my separation notice June 19th to let her know I don’t have a job anymore. She so he’ll bent on how I’m going to pay my rent! “I’m like okay that’s why I’m giving you the separation notice to notify you that I don’t have an income anymore”. And our current “maintenance” man... Lord Jesus! I got old work orders and current work orders and nothing has gotten done. He says, “it’s not an emergency”. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO RENT FROM. THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. THEY WRONGFULLY EVICTED MY DAUGHTER FOR SOME CHAIR VILOATIONS. EVEN BABARA AT THE HOME OFFICE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY CAN TAKE MY MONEY BUT DID NOT WANT TO SPEAK WITH HER MOM. BECAUSE I EVEN CALLED COURT IN TIFTON AND THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE EVICTION. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE HER. BEFORE THIS HAPPENED THEY HAVE HAD SEVERAL EMPLOYEES TAKING THE TENANTS RENT MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING TO WILDWOOD IN TIFTON GA. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!
