I would not recommend Shanna to manage rental properties. In my opinion she and her assistant Daria were more focused on pleasing the tenant than protecting my condo. I feel that when the two failed to enforce the rental agreement provisions, it resulted in massive water damages. I feel betrayed by Tinzie for not taking responsibility for their actions. Shanna has been more focused at being voted the best realtor in Wickenberg than doing her job. She would contact me to vote for her as the best realtor in Wickenberg multiple years.

I would not recommend Tinzie Realty for property management. I my opinion Shanna failed to enforce a very important term in the lease of my tenant, which resulted in over $50K in damages to my property. Shanna did not accept any responsibility for this. She lawyered up and stopped communication. Because of this incident, I had to terminate the management contract and pursue litigation.

Thomas is an amazing realtor. We hired him to sell our home in Wickenburg. He was always available to answer our questions and Is very personable. Thomas worked with us and the buyers for a seamless closing ! We definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell their home.

My experience with Tinzie was horrible! They managed my rental while I was absent for 4 years! Everything was fine until I moved back into my home! On that day I discovered that they had lied to me! Tinzie told me that the tenants were keeping my home in the same pristine condition it was in when I turned the keys over to them! They convinced me not to raise the rent $400. a month when the tenants renewed per the lease! Believeing them, I agreed! On the day I was to move back into my home I discovered damage. A lot of it!
