Las Palmas Townhomes in Wickenburg

Who ever dose the remodeling is sloppy. There is pain on the sinks and counter tops. The floor bordes squeek when you walk on them. The tiles are cracked. Sink was clogged with bad odder coming out. Dryer is very loud have to stop it just to have a conversation.

Would never recommend these apartments there’s a pothole that’s more just a sinkhole in the drive way that’s wider than most vehicles and about 8 inches deep our apartment shower rack snapped off the wall do to poor installation door handles would just pop off I had to replace the hinges on the one of doors cause it wouldn’t shut the air filter vent wouldn’t stay on and would just randomly drop and we didn’t have water for 4 days due to our neighbors kid turning off the water which we found out later but it took 4 days to get ahold of anyone cause they wouldn’t answer the damn phones in the office or reply to voicemails I had to get the number of the maintenance guy from the neighbor and he still took 2 days to get out to our apartment and still didn’t show up time he was 6 hours late from

Vanessa the property manager is very helpful and understanding. If you have a complaint she will do her best to solve that situation.
