Mold literally in every unit, ask your neighbors or anyone currently living there. Apartments have a severe roach problem, making peace and comfort impossible. They are the large ones that fly but some units are infested with the smaller variant. The carpet is never replaced or changed, they only clean it up a bit before you move in. But they will try to charge you for the cost when you leave, just to squeeze money out of you. The parking lot is atrocious, potholes, dents, speed bumps that ruin your car. Sometimes they have contractors and landscapers out during working hours that block access to leave or enter the complex, thats somehow not their fault and they aren't liable to plan properly or respect working residents time. I have lived at Timber Wood Apartments going on 4 years. I love Timber Wood The apartments are nice and well maintained. Beverly, the apartment manager is awesome. She is really in top of things and makes sure she keeps the property well maintained. She really strives to take care of all residents needs and maintenance requests. She is by far the most outstanding property manager I have ever dealt with.

I have lived at the apartments for about 6 months now, and I love it. The environment is very safe, next to all the shops, and even if the apartment is not as big as I am used to, it is nice for the price. Beverly Cooper in the office is amazing. Anytime I need anything, she is there. She even goes the extra mile to stop and say hello when I am driving to work, or walking to the dumpster. I love being at a place I can call home and a staff that cares about their tenants. I have seen Beverly go above and beyond. Love this place!

I certainly feel that when someone is not happy with a product or service, they will be quick to vent and complain, but the positive service needs to be recognized just as much. I'd like to recognize Beverly in the leasing office here at Timberwood. If you have an issue with something and you address it to her, she is on top of it. Attentive and responsive to needs. The apartment property is a smaller complex but well kept and quiet. Parking spaces are ample. The apartments are in a great location. Perry is less congested and away from busy traffic and businesses but still close to nearby shops for your shopping needs and restaurants and easy access to nearby interstate. I would recommend Timberwood for your convenient apartment living.

Me and my boyfriend moved in about 2 months ago and so far it’s been great, it’s close to everything you need and it’s all in walking distance. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and friendly, Ms. Beverly is amazing and if anything happens or if you need maintenance done her and the maintenance man are always on it. Hopefully after my first year here I’ll try for a one bedroom. The apartments are very affordable and personal I like my studio but I would love to be able to upgrade to something alil bigger for me and my partner.
