Timbers North Apartments

I lived at the Timbers for nearly three years. About four months ago, I noticed bed bugs and reported it immediately. They sent three different exterminators to look and every one of them saw signs of the bed bugs, and none of them treated my apartment, stating that it was a "bid job". I am in the process of moving, but being forced to leave a love seat, lounge sofa, and a king sized bed behind because of their neglect on the subject and am in adamant fear that they are also in boxes and electronics, effectively and instantly invading my new home. Two thumbs way down! Would not recommend.

UPDATE: Ever since they got the new landlord Debbie, things have been looking up for this place. Recently she went through and changed the filters for all the thermostats and the air quality is SO much better! I didn’t even realize how bad it was until they did this! If this keeps up, the place might not be so bad after a while.

Have lived here several months, rent always paid on time, one of my bathrooms has not been functional, weather stripping on doors is rotted away and allows the bad weather to seep in, have had to use an electric heater during winter and fans during summer because the units don’t get fixed properly. So done with this place.

The manager does not know how to be organized. Told me I could move in on a Friday even gave me apartment number. She either wasn't in the office or returning my call a week later I was able to catch her in the office. She told me the apartment wasn't done yet and didn't know when it would be ready and would call me the following Monday it has been a month with no call

Ghetto... Floors caving in.. When they remodeled they didn't care what they painted over!!! Door knobs all different. My friend lives here. I myself have never lived here.. It's not too bad.. But you do have to keep in mind it's right next to the loud highway.
