April 2025, I lost a CASH SALE on my home, because Security Title, never paid the lein, from previous sellers March 2022. Sean is no longer there, but haven't even received a call or email from Security Title after the certified letters. Sean blamed the state for dragging feet. New buyers, September 2025 and closing November 1st, IF THEY PAY OFF THE LIEN FROM 2022 when I purchased the property.
