Timberland Apartments

I can’t say enough good things about Timberland Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it genuinely feels like a great place to live. Any time I’ve needed help or had a maintenance request, the response has been incredibly fast and efficient, which really makes a difference. Danny and Dessiree, in particular, deserves a huge shoutout—he is super helpful, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s clear that the staff here actually cares about the residents, and that level of service is hard to find. I’m very happy living here and would absolutely recommend Timberland Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place to call home.

This is an amazing place to live. Great community and super quiet. Management does a fantastic job and Denny is super great to work with if you need help with your unit. I've lived here for almost two years and I wouldn't want to be any place else.

My family and I chose Timberland to live in without knowing how wonderful it would be to live here. It's a very quiet and safe place. The owners are excellent and respond to all your questions whenever you write to them. I've been living here for some time now and I highly recommend it.

The owner worked really quickly after telling them about everything that had been broken or not working. Worked very timely to finish our lights and dishwasher. As well as always very friendly, I also feel like I’m not a burden if I ask for help.

Honestly a great place to live. Property management makes a point to keep everything taken care of with timely repairs. Central location but also pretty quiet. Plus it's affordable compared to most places around.
