My experience at Timberbrook has been nothing short of excellent. Danielle and Erin are two of the best property managers I’ve ever worked with — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. From the beginning, they made the entire leasing and move-in process smooth and enjoyable. Any minor issues that have come up were resolved the very next day, without exception. On move-in day, I mentioned a concern about the carpet odor, and Danielle immediately went above and beyond to have the entire carpet professionally sanitized. I locked down an apartment here and had about 3 weeks until move in date. The property became available early and Erin notified me and gave me the option to move in early. I was not ready to move in and that was totally acceptable, as we had a preciously agreed upon date. I myself continued to search for different, better options of housing. I was completely satisfied with this apartment I was about to move into at Timberbrook, I just wanted to exhaust other possibilities (house with month-month lease). I informed Erin of this process well before the move in date and she allowed me to continue to look elsewhere, notifying me that I would lose the $300 holding fee if I backed out. That was in the agreement upon payment of that $300 and I was well aware of that situation. Erin was very pat

Good price but, burst pipe in our ceiling at 3 am, random sewer smell (bottom floor not super shocked) If they move us to a 2nd or 3rd story room so they can fix the pipe, I will update to a 5 star though because that's top notch apartment managing for tenant satisfaction imo Talked to their regional manager and getting us moved into a different apartment. Ours was just wrong place wrong time and we just got unlucky, but they worked hard to fix it and they're awesome for that. Plus the creek is nice. Office people are nice, I recommend timberbrooks :)
