Not a very good inspector. Missed some very obvious mold under the kitchen sink and raised unnecessary concerns with drainage in the yard around the foundation. The only thing noticed were blatantly obvious electrical issues but like I said did not even open the cabinet under the kitchen sink which is the only cabinet I failed to open when I looked at the house.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Denny. We are currently looking to purchase our first home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only was he punctual and prepared, his professionalism was wonderful. Denny was relatable, approachable and very personable to speak with.
