Timber Trails Apartments

Lived here for a year and a half. Beautiful apartment but for the amount, I didn't feel it was worth it. Base rent amount is fine but the amenities package that you don't have a choice but to get, was kinda useless. Never used the cable because you still had to pay for channels and Valet Living did not always show up on scheduled days. Subfloor is sinking and you can see and feel the dips when walking. Neighbors only pick up after their dogs if they are being watched. I didn't receive my deposit. Not sure why. Cleaned the apartment, turned in keys, even filled in nail holes in the wall. Apt 125 F does not get cool during the warmer months. The air conditioning doesn't work that great. Refrigerator is awkward and doesn't hold much. I would not recommend living at Timber Trails. If I could give this place a negative 5 star review I would. My lease ends this month, and the entire experience has been stressful and unprofessional. • Unreasonable fees: My roommates portion was $540, but after being only 9 days late, management claimed he owed $833. They calculate late fees based on the entire apartment rent of $1,620 instead of his portion. They charge 10% of the full rent, plus another 5% after the 10th, which is extremely excessive and unfair. Mind you they charge per room and $1,080 of the rent was payed a few days prior. Roommate also had payed his part and it got sent back and that’s how this all started. • Illegal eviction attempt: Management tried to evict us on only one day’s notice, which is not the proper legal

Apartment its self is decent. Move in experience was not good at all. Sneaky with extra charges and I had to clean poop and cat litter from the previous tenants.

I have lived in timber trails for over a year and I love it. everyone is so sweet and the property manager Tiffany always gets back to you right away and answers any questions in the sweetest manner. I love my apartment and my neighbors as well. Everyone is so sweet. if you are looking for a little apartment easy and affordable pick timber trails!!

Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. Property manager is rude and very hateful! She is disrespectful and does not listen. Pay she lost check 2xs and charged us! Paid for insurance turned it in she didn't do what she was supposed to had to pay complex so basically paid 2xs! Kitchen in unit is sinking; seriously back side is lower, and you can see where the floor dips. Among other issues. They do not clean or prepare for snow one resident had to call for an ambulance and it got stuck in snow had to call for another and they had to carry the person by hand. Another resident had a similar issue. Carpet is dirty. Have paid 4xs to have it cleaned told its the sub floor. They won't even replace a shower head after 6 years! Bought a new one old one was croaded. Rent is way too
