Timber Ridge Apartments

I've lived here for almost a year now. I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are comfortable and move-in ready. The management team is professional, friendly, and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Communication has always been clear, and it’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the residents and the overall quality of the property. I’m happy living here and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed place to call home. Maintenance is always on time with any issues to my apartment, only thing is, I haven't had any issues with my apartment. I love it here.

I love Timber Ridge so much! The office staff are so hardworking! Selena and Jade in the office are so sweet and are always willing to help me with any problems. Maintenance is quick and reliable getting work orders done in a timely manner.

If there was a negative star I would give it! I applied here, And now for the past three months, I have received a late payment when I never moved in! And now I have an eviction notice for a place that I never moved into!!! They are incredibly hard to get a hold of. And with my job and hours it’s hard to be able to get to their office before they close. Even when I was in the process of looking, I oftentimes caught the leasing manager in her car as she was leaving!! They’ve told me several times not to worry about the emails I keep getting but now I have an eviction!!!!! Not ok not cool! ESPECIALLY SINCE I NEVER MOVED IN, NEVER GAVE YOU MONEY NEVER GOT KEYS!!!!!

First of all the 2 leasing agents are 4.5 stars. They are really overworked. But the apartments itself are old. I have been here a month and a blue spark a boom and 2 eyes blew. Im scared to turn the stove on. I thinks it's been 3 weeks and noone has come to look at it. Im paying rent and eating out or microwaving because I'm not sure if I can use it. I turn the water on in my bathroom and it leaks. I submitted a report and to no avail. I haven't received a mailbox key yet, as I said I have been here a month. I just think that there is a skeleton maintenance crew. The community is very friendly, it's quiet and it's clean. People in the neighborhood has said that the only complaint is maintenance. A HUGE thank you to Selena and John for their urgency on a maintenance issue that occurred this evening. Even though this hasn't been the first time dealing with the issue, resolution to the issues were fast and beyond expectations of request(s). Both Selena and John went above and beyond to help expedite and fully acknowledged issues that were spoken about. I look forward to continuing living at Timber Ridge for years to come!
