Timber Ridge Apartments, Timber Ridge Drive, Westminster, MD 21157

I have met caring staff and several happy residents, toured some apartments and residences, and been to a community social gathering. I am a part of a local faith community that formed Ridge Apartments and Ridge Residences. I serve on the Board (unpaid) of the Church Homes Foundation. My observations and interactions have been positive.

This place is terrible.They keep raising my parents rent. Now they have mice. They have caught 10 in 3 weeks. I had to put a weather stop at the bottom of thier door. They think that might keep them out. It's a damn shame how this place is ran. Dirty all the time . I myself have seen residents vacuuming hallways. Elevators barely work. It's bad. Don't waste your time with this place. If I could put negative stars I would.

Wow! Very poor communication! My Dad is a Vet! They turned him down due to his income, but had him on the waiting list for two years! Told him he could move in two weeks, then told him he didn’t qualify. So wrong! Whomever is in charge there should be ashamed! Don’t even bother with them! I would NEVER recommend them! They should ALL be ashamed! Can’t give enough NEGATIVE stars!

Horrible staff. Not informative from beginning of process through the end. Told my father in law to come in to sign his lease and he gave notice to his landlord and called him 2 weeks before move in date to tell him he was over qualified. Poor communication and incompetent staff. He essentially could have been out on the street if my husband and I could not take him in and he’s 83. Very disheartening.

Wish I had read the previous reviews before wasting 18 months on their waiting list. Very discouraging a nonprofit, ecumenacal corporation appears to have lost focus of its Mission.
