Timber Ridge Apartments

Honestly, not a bad place to live, lots of young professionals but this past winter with the water issues has been ridiculous, the hot water is incredibly inconsistent. They have had to have multiple water shut-offs to fix whatever it is that keeps going wrong, and what makes it worse is good luck getting anyone to answer the phones in the front office to give you some answers about what's going on, communication with the residents is incredibly poor, I appreciate them pouring all of our money into a small pool and nothing else. But I really wish instead of a pool they would have allowed more money to the maintenance team so they could properly do their jobs

The new so called management here is a freaking joke! You try to talk to her and get maybe 2 words out before she starts talking over you! I was told the mold problem in my bathroom was going to be taken care of and her response was anything that steve told you is irrelevant! This rude lady should not even being dealing with people! She tried to tell me I should just move out! What the hell kind of property manager would tell its residents to just move out! Absolutely ridiculous! We will be calling corporate! Bring back Steve! He would at least talk to people as if they were human beings!

I have been a resident at Timber Ridge Apartments for the past two years, and it’s been a truly pleasant experience. The community is comfortable, well-maintained, and feels good. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and efficient—any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. I’m very satisfied with the quality of living here. Thank you.

The apartment looked great & ready upon arrival. The leasing process was seamless & the ACM (Emily) has been very professional, courteous & helpful. 👍🏻👍🏻

I have nothing but great things to say about TimberRidge. The staff work hard to make sure they get everything done that you need them to for you. When I moved in and there was a couple maintenance requests for tons needing fixed they were quick to get that done for. They are very client oriented and make you feel like they care about you as a member of their community. I’ve lived here two months and I absolutely am thrilled to call Timber Ridge home.
