Good place overall. Fernando in the office is great and helpful with anything you might need. Luis the maintenance guy is also great as well.

This is the WORST place to live. So bad that after living there for only 3 months we decided to just move again to a different apartment and didn’t even mind paying another deposit for the new place because this place was so terrible. We were without a stove, a fridge, and heat for 3 months. It got so bad that we had to get city hall involved in which they than had us stay at an hotel all expensive paid for a week because it was freezing in the apartment. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone that works there and when you do it’s a bunch of excuses and beating around the bush. We moved out and they issued us a full refund of our deposit in check form for the inconvenience. I went to cash the check at two different places and apparently the check is unable to be cashed and might be

I am living at Timber Pointe Apartments for almost a month now and I enjoy the experience very much. First, the leasing and move in process-everyone is very friendly and answer any question that I have. The leasing team made sure to make the transition as smooth as possible for me. Second, very safe neighborhood and quiet. Third, the maintenance team is great. Any maintenance requests are gotten to and resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

Moved in before covid started. Leasing woman is very kind hearted and is willing to do what she can for tenants. Maintenance crew is also very kind and hard working. The only issue I have here are the bats. It got into our room and now in the kitchen from 1am to 10am and still going. The landlord have no response to this urgent news. He needs to fix the bat issue here because its unsanitary and not safe at all especially in our living space. We don't want to go to bed to await another bat coming in through the air vents unexpectedly in the middle of the night again too. He should work with someone who can come on call when an issue like this arises especially when nobody works on Sundays. Ive tried everything to get this bat out with our balcony door wide open for it to fly out and its now

Don't do it ! This place is terrible the price you will pay is not worth the apartment. The walls are extremely thin I can hear my neighbors so Clear it is very disturbing you have no privacy or peace in your own apartment. The work orders are never met I have been waiting going on a year for a work order I put in. The amount of bugs are ridiculous everything from fruit flies to centipedes you will have. Overall the apartments are not well managed and have no consideration for the comfort of individuals. Overly priced trash.
