Chestnut Lane Apartments

We live on the Woodcrest side of the chestnut lane apartments and we have really had a great experience for our couple years in this unit. I left a more detailed review on the Woodcrest side, but it used to be really different here and Lisa and management overall has really made it so so nice! It’s quiet and we found our neighbors to be really cool people that we became friends with some. Plenty of parking, dumpsters for trash, security door to the units, no issues with bugs/pests or mold, you can have pets I believe it’s only two per unit. (Cats and dogs for sure) Maintenance has been good and everything resolved any time we had any issues with anything, I prefer to be home during and they were able to work with me on my time! Wish I could give zero stars. Water heater blew, immediately called it in, they said someone would be by an hour passed so i called again, no one came for an hour so I took a video of our water heater ACTIVELY FLOODING our apartment and showed it at the office where mgmt was just sitting down on their phones then they called it in. Had to have all carpet replaced. Laundry room had dead roaches. Had an ant infestation in our bedroom due to there being a 6 inch gap between the carpet and the baseboard and lisa said "my apartments like that too its normal". Also they let an exterminator HAVE KEYS TO MY UNIT and did not knock and entered my unit without permission while my fiance was in the shower. run for the hills.

I’ve lived here for over a year and it is my first apartment. They are animal friendly too! The maintenance and staff at the office Alexa and Lisa and very sweet and will always help in situations and rent is a really good price here for a pretty big apartment in my opinion. It’s full of friendly neighbors and very quiet too. I really enjoy living here!

Chestnut apartments are well maintained and have sufficient space for parking. Also greenery around property is very good & feels very peaceful.

This complex is amazing. The rooms are big and the staff is so friendly. Lisa in the office is an absolute angel. She listens and responds so well. I highly recommend living here. You will not be disappointed
