Before You Rent at This Property — Please Read I’m sharing this as a warning to anyone considering moving into this property. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. I’m happy to provide proof for everything I’m stating here — all of my correspondence with management is documented. Here are some serious concerns to be aware of: 1. Fire, Life & Safety Issues: No working fire alarms in the building. Smoke detectors are nonfunctional. Even the Fire Department expressed concern and said they don’t know how this building passed inspection. 2. Toxic Landscaping: Several dogs have died due to poisonous chemicals and toxic trees throughout the property. 3. Health Hazards: Mold and mildew are present around windows and inside units. Rats have chewed

This is a great little community and it’s very well taken care of. The residents are all very nice. It’s incredibly dog friendly. We were looking for a shorter term place while our new house was built and they were the perfect furnished apartment for us in the meantime.
