Absolutely everything I want and need in a realtor. Tim is a professional who takes a genuine interest in helping his clients find their ideal home. He is patient, practical, resourceful, breaks it all down Barney style, and pretty damn humorous. What we like the most about him is that he gives just enough attention for our needs; not pushy or overbearing, but just the right amount of com. The Raleigh real estate market is extremely competitive; therefore, having a realtor with a competitive nature is a necessity. Don't let Tim's laid back persona deceive you.
