Tilden Hall

Working with Joshua at Tilden Hall Apartments was great. He was very communicative, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. During the tour, he was flexible with timing and made the process feel effortless. Once I decided to move forward, he made the lease process and signing incredibly smooth. I moved in during late January, right in the dead of winter, and Joshua was super accommodating and helpful, especially with the snow. I truly appreciated his support, as it made the move-in process much easier. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Josh, thank you for all the help, especially with the weather this week. You were great to work with.

I highly recommend living at Tilden Hall. Despite the old age of the building, the community is so well-maintained and offers beautiful, spacious and renovated interiors. Moreover, the staff is great. Joshua and Sabrina have both been so helpful! Joshua has been super responsive and communicative the entire way through. Both he and Sabrina accommodated my quick move-in, checked in on me post-move-in, and are always readily available to answer my questions and/or find a resolution if needed. I cannot recommend this building enough!

The tour was very thorough and all of my questions were answered clearly. The building itself is beautiful, well maintained, and the amenities are impressive. The apartments we saw were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I left feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living here!

Polite, communicative, and attentive, He helped a stressful application process easier with open, prompt answers and maintaining an approachable personality. Even after the application process was completed, Joshua has continued to answer questions I have about the building and the unit. 10/10. No notes.
