Tiki Town Apartments

Rooms are decent..Everything worked...And Shaun has saved me more than once with me locking myself out... I really appreciate all he does for us simpletons...lol

I have been a traveling caricaturist going on 11 years now. I fancy myself something of a connoisseur of budget mom & pop motels and Time Inn Motel is far and away my favorite. I've been staying with them every year while I work the Central States Fair for the past 8 years, and they have never disappointed me. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and I've stayed in a lot scuzzier places for what they charge. You won't go wrong staying here.

For the price, this motel was very good. The service was great and the lady at the front desk was quickly able to help me. The room I was in was clean and tidy, but because it was in the smoking area, it did smell of smoke. Cable and Internet was fine and the bathroom was very clean.

The rms.were clean the linens smelled fresh,the heat exchange worked good a mini fridge and microwave as well as in room coffee was great. I ended up with an extended stay the worked with me I was thankful. Also the location seemed to be in the middle of anything you needed and close to downtown.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Manager is not responsive, rude, and lacks communication with tenants. Not recommended.
