Jesse was very easy to work with. He got us preapproved in no time so we could start looking at homes. He patiently responded to questions regarding what our payment would be at various price points. We ultimately picked a home with the option to assume the loan and we jumped at the opportunity. The process was a nightmare but Jesse was a Godsend! Even though the assumption was with another bank he answered our questions and supported us through the process. When the seller told us to move forward or move out, Jesse quickly got us set up with a new loan as a backup plan in the event the assumption fell through.
