I’ve had a great experience at Tiger Den Apartments, especially with the recent changes under the new management team. You can really tell they’re putting in the effort to improve the property and make it a better place to live. Since the management change, communication has been clearer and more responsive. Maintenance requests are handled more efficiently, and the staff has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. One of the biggest positives is the remodeling project. They’re actively working on updating all the units, and the improvements are noticeable. Run away! The units were recently painted , but laid vacant over the years. You will have to deal with roaches, mold, and a landlord that breaks the law. YOU ARE BETTER OFF MOVING TO A DIFFERENT COMPLEX down the street. The water gets cut off everyday, and the power. Do not over pay for this cardboard apartment complex.
