Tierra Pointe

I’ve been a long-term resident at Tierra Pointe, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful place to call home. Over the years, I’ve seen a lot of changes, but one thing that’s always stayed consistent is the friendly and professional management team. Tanya and Chanel, in particular, deserve a huge shout-out! They always go above and beyond to help residents, whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly, keeping the community well-organized, or just greeting everyone with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care for the residents really make a difference. The property itself is well-maintained, safe, and comfortable, and the sense of community here is something I truly value. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. If you're considering moving here, I implore you to look elsewhere. They advertise 24 hour access to things like an on-site gym and laundromat. The laundry room is either always locked or none of the machines are working. When things get cold, the roaches and other pests like to hide in the dryers when they spray pesticides. I've even found syringes on the floor in the laundromat. The units are not worth the insane prices they're asking. They like to "forget" about fees then tack them onto your bill the next month. You can't even park backwards without them booting your car. They throw legal notices around like candy. The office staff is insufferable. They're useless when it comes to sorting out any issues, and will act like you're the stup

As a prospective resident, I had an amazing experience touring the community. Tanya and Chanel were both super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the property and the area. They answered every question with patience, detail, and honesty you can tell they truly know what they’re talking about. They made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and stress-free. If you’re considering moving here, definitely ask for Tanya or Chanel — they were the reason I left the tour feeling confident and excited about potentially making this my new home!

Before you think about moving into these apartments please look at your other options. Our time spent here has been terrible. In three years the gate has not been repaired so this has led to our vehicles being broken into several times. They claim they have security but they only come around a couple of times during the day and drive around the complex never during the late hours of the night when most break in occur. The maintenance department does a poor job as well. The repairs are mediocre. My air conditioner motor failed several times and even though I contacted them before the weekend I still had to all weekend long in a hot apartment. When I asked if they had any maintenance staff in the complex that can replace the motor they advised me that unless it’s an emergency they would not

Gisel was so attentive and helpful and made this experience way better than I expected or have ever encountered. God bless her and her whole operation making it easier out here for people to get into homes they really need at the Times they're trying to get into them and I appreciate her and her whole team more than anyone can know.
