Worst builders ever. Nothing but a headache dealing with this company. Don't ever buy a home built by this construction company
I saw a bunch of the reviews and had to leave mine. Had a great experience. Pam (sales), Brian (Super), and Matt (Warrenty) have been great. All warranty items were fixed on time. We had one cabinet door that was damaged, they fixed it without a problem) our cabinent maker was Timberlake.
Hopefully TM won't be using Primera cabinets for this collection. Our experience with them at Passage across the street is horrible. 13 months after close and still not resolved and no date form Primera to resolve. --UPDATE: its now been 20 months, unresolved.
I have to agree. Been here almost 2 years and Primera cabinets came out on over 5 different occasions and still have several unresolved issues.
Bryan Pearce, the sales rep was good and with a willing client everything should be moving positive and should be building a home w an RV garage!
