I can’t say enough great things about the team at this apartment complex. The office staff — Sophia, Ashley, and Ed — are absolutely amazing. They have been incredibly helpful, always answering my questions, assisting whenever I need help, and doing so with kindness, patience, and a great sense of humor. They are friendly, attentive, and truly make you feel valued as a resident. The maintenance crew also deserves major recognition. Every time I’ve had an issue, it’s been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and professionalism really stand out. Because of how positive my experience has been, I referred a friend to this community, and they moved in right before Halloween this year. We have two good ladies inside a sanctuary apartments is Miss Ashley and Miss Sophia. They are the best two women that you can ever rent places from because they’re great they professional they got patience and they help you along the way they walk through the steps an make you feel like you part of the family and I love those ladies because they help me. God knows I needed every help that I needed from them and I want to thank them for giving me the best. The best introduction that I ever had when it comes to rent in a place and I wanna say kudos.

My husband and I came in today to tour Sanctuary 51. Sophia was our leasing agent she gave us a tour and was very detailed, friendly, and professional. Not only was she super knowledgeable she actually recognized us from 3 years ago when she helped us lease a different apartment. She is very sweet and I would recommend her to my friends and family any day!

I just took a tour and have to mention how wonderful Sophia is. We had some last second changes and she was more than accommodating and friendly. Her energy is very uplifting and she is great to engage with. She is very knowledgeable and pointed out some wonderful things such as packages/options. We are greatly considering moving here, not just because of how new and beautiful the community looked, but also because of our experience with Sophia.

Me and my family have been living for a year here now and I can only say it is amazing. We live very comfortably, safe, and the office community here is very helpful. The commodities here are delightful. Any complain we have is instantly attended by staff. We love how kind and helpful ASHLEY, SOPHIA, and GEO are! Overall an incredible experience living here!
