No pools open all year. Very disappointing…. I’m paying over $100 for common area utilities and no pool. No garbage can in laundry room makes it very dirty. Homeless people in laundry room a lot to use our electricity to charge their phones that I don’t want to pay for. I think I should get a refund. I remember seeing and still see a sign in front that advertises for apartments and 3 sparkling pools. I rented my particular apartment because it was close to laundry facilities and pool. I’m paying $100 extra a month and was told my apartment would have new carpet…which it does not. I expect to negotiate when lease is up…

I’ve been here since November I get hot water maybe once or twice a week if I’m lucky this week seems like none at all. There’s a leak. I think that’s happening on my ceiling. Hasn’t been looked at to be honest. There’s a lot of roaches I’ve been spraying and spraying and spraying keeping my food covered, having to have to rewash my clothes using up so much water to get the water hot that never turns hot using water to boil so I can have somewhat of a lukewarm room temperature water if I’m lucky. Update today is 3 March 2026 and I think I had 3 to 4 days of hot water and now it’s back to no hot water again today is March 3 .

This complex over charges for what seems to be a housing the tweaker community, tweakers are all over this place squatting in apts some damn near live in the laundry room coming unplugging all washers and dryers so they can charge their items. Some of the squatters recently set an apt on fire and thanks to the fire department only where the fire started is where it stayed but all apts surrounding had to evacuate which guaranteed that the apt complex wouldn't have done anything if the surrounding apts caught fire too because they still haven't. Not to mention the water getting shut off almost every other week at one point the water was shut off about 5 times in one month. The pool has been out of order since last year ( a couple months shy of a year) and now that temperatures are rising the

The apartments are not too bad but after months of living here, hot water is not existent. Even after letting the shower warm up for 10+ minutes and waiting for it to heat up and wasting water, it never gets hot. Three entire buildings run off the same water heater and hot water is non existent. Think wisely before moving in here.

We moved in the end of July of 2024, we were told that are rent was $1,200 a month, I've been paying between $1,300-$1,500 a month!!!! I don't understand how my rent fluctuates like that when we get a set price?? When we moved in, are a/v was not working even though they said it was move in ready. The temperature was 80° nd we had an upstairs apt, to me the squatters have more rights than tenants do. Which is sad, the pool is disgusting, they don't have any landscaping, the garbage bins are Always overflowing. The apt behind us caught on fire 🔥 bcuz of the squatters, they take Forever to fix Anything!!! If I had the money to go somewhere else, I Would!!!!
