Tides on Palm

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for almost a year and hadn’t had any issues with theft until recently. The community mailboxes were vandalized, and shortly after that I had a package stolen right outside my apartment in broad daylight. I spoke with both security and the leasing office, but unfortunately there wasn’t much they could do. If you live here, I recommend being very vigilant about your packages and mail. If you’re someone who orders things online frequently, it may be something to keep in mind when deciding whether to move here.

Where do I start… if you want your car broken into or even stolen. Move here. The place claims to have security.. but you never see them! Just this week alone the office staff says oh yeah they have been stealing cars this week.. so they knew this was happening but couldn’t care less to send an email warning us?? They can’t tell me for sure if the property has cameras. So I’m sure the detective on my case will get absolutely nothing! Am I required to keep up with TikTok to live here to know a trend? I could have possibly parked elsewhere.. but now I’ve got a car with no ignition just broken glass and broken down in the parking lot..but yet they email every day when they shut the water off for emergency repairs EVERYDAY!! If you want nosy neighbors who can’t seem to mind their business. Mov

For property that was built in 1992 the renovations fit the landscape. I am thoroughly impressed with all three units that I toured. Although I ended up choosing one that was not intended. I chose it because it’s superseded all my expectations.

I have lived here at this location for several years. The Palm side of the property is quiet. I love that. However I do have concerns. The property upkeep is awful. Where are the Porters? There has been a mattress and broken dresser behind a dumpster since January of 2025. Today is August 23rd. Once a turn over of an apartment happens, the trash is left outside the dumpster for weeks. It is embarrassing to invite people over. When the lock is broken on the pool unhoused ppl are swimming in the pool fully clothed. Now to the major issue. The water. While we understand that unforeseen emergencies can lead to temporary disruptions, the weekly water shut-offs for repairs at this apartment complex have become an unacceptable and major inconvenience.
