Tides on Cambridge

I have had an excellent experience with this apartment complex during my move and apartment transfer. The entire process could have been stressful, but the staff made it smooth and manageable. Idalia, in particular, went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. She was patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out. Her professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for the support and would absolutely recommend this complex especially if you value great management and customer service.

I had a great experience touring Tides on Cambridge, and Lisa truly made the visit exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the amenities in detail, and made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire tour. Lisa's enthusiasm and attention to detail really stood out. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit and made the community feel like home. The property itself is well maintained, inviting and offers great amenities, but Lisa's customer service is what made the experience memorable. I toured this place, needing to leave my current place ASAP because of bad management, among other things. I have a friend who lives here, as well. I am very happy with my experience with Idalia. She made things easier, and got us set up with a unit quickly and was very understanding of my girlfriend's wheelchair. I look forward to living here.
