Tides at Highland Meadows

No hot water and I keep getting the run around. They also went for over 2 weeks without cable. Now we have even less channels . Their website doesnt work.. they dont answer the phone. I have updated ny email address the past two months and still received no emails. So I found out from code department this facility didnt pay the electrical bill and now still no water waiting for a part why couldn't this been done 3wks earlier. Since I have been here I have paid my rent on time no hot water since November 11 today 12/2 I stated to the women im not paying rent til its fixed. Then I believe ms Lopez stated she will.give me a 3 day eviction notice. Which violates contract. Dont move here. They dont pay bills tenants suffer and now I dont want to pay because services arent render . Evic

They don’t care like they say here this is one of the worse places I’ve lived. Paying for amenities that we can even use can’t use the gym,can’t use the pool can’t even use the so called spa. I asked them to clean my sink took them over 5 days to just help it clear. Gates are broken can’t even be secure here. Some of the agents weren’t that friendly either when a complaint is being brought up. Roaches pretty bad that I asked to be done immediately instead have to wait long weeks to get it fixed. See for yourself. The floor was like that upon moving I asked them to fix it until now it’s not fixed took them MONTHS! And no response huh? This is the lame excuse they’ve been given now no apologies no follow up no nothing. DO NOT RENT HERE. They not even try to fix their screw ups. No amenities

I toured Tides at Highland Meadow and had a great experience. The property was clean and well kept, and Ely was an amazing manager—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the walkthrough. I left with a really positive impression and would definitely recommend this community.

I’m about to take legal action. This place takes nothing serious and they getting sued very soon. I’ve contacted them multiple times about neighbors smoking inside their apartment and it literally floods my apartment at night and when my husband and I aren’t home. We sent emails, called and tried to call at times and the legit never pick up. The weed smell interrupts our sleep. I’m pregnant and I shouldn’t have to put up with this. It’s causing me headaches. The weed literally pushes through so strongly through our vents without the air or heat being on. And tides please don’t get on here saying you appreciate nothing. You don’t care and I’ve done you very well by trying to keep the peace but my peace has been violated and they have violated the lease.

Great experience touring this apartment complex. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the unit we saw was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The community felt peaceful, and the location is perfect close to stores and restaurants. Definitely one of my top choices.
