Thrive Tempe Apartments

If I could give 0 stars I would. When renting you get what you pay for. I originally moved into thrive from the recommendation, and was excited for the good rates however, after the first Ac outages started, I soon regretted my decision. These pictures are the temperatures inside my apartment the original AC outage that they claimed to fix with those fans. Not only was that a clear bandaid over the problem but an extreme safety hazard. It took calling the news and city, resulting in a violation with the city of Tempe, to get them to actually fix the problem and yet the AC was still not working properly when I moved out a few weeks ago. Management has changed many times in an extremely an organized manner. Important paperwork like leasing documents was misplaced between these moves in comp

UPDATE January 2026 BEWARE of the 60 days notice to move out. Leasing office changed AGAIN. One month before of leasing finished, leasing office told us extra month or getting bad credit record or evicted even if we’re finishing the term, no flexibility or alternative solutions. Even the new term offers are usually given a month or less before term expiring, rent is usually increased every year, is very hard to plan beforehand to stay or not. Been here for 3 years, and nobody reminds you about the 60 days notice to move out, what’s a scam. We’re gonna get charged an extra month with increased rent just to finished lease on good terms, since is better than breaking the lease or getting evicted. Terrible service. I moved out of state to this apartment. Originally they had false photos of what the place looked like. I was shocked to see the difference from what they had online to what I saw in person. I do see the new management has updated those photos and now show what it really looks like so good for them. I lived there almost a year and it was constant issues. I moved in with the ceiling fans not working and my oven not working. I reminded them pretty much every day they needed to be fixed and I would just get the run around. They finally fixed them after a few months. Then I had found out that they were over charging rent by saying I had an updated apartment when really I didn’t. I have lived here with 1owners and 4 property management . Now, it's a new owner and avant-garde property management since 2/2022 I will give them a chance, so far they're really doing a good job, despite the current state of our Country

Completely unsatisfied with the quality of the apartment for the money i have paid. The paint-job is bad in here & had bubbles & the paint was ripped off at certain places. The lighting was too bad so i had to purchase my own floor lamps. The Ac ducts don't have proper outlet. The very month when we moved in one of the toilets used to clog & we were forced to use the only one we were left with, so we put up a maintenance request & for our surprise I was told that only emergency requests were handled & our toilet was fixed after a month. They have strict policies in lease documents about pets littering but it has never been followed here & some pets literally pee & litter on the corridors (walking passage) & it really stinks. Even after complaining they didn't take any action. They say that
