I had a lease in one of their Ridings Road office building Suites. Bill Thresh was extremely professional and very personable. The building was in great condition as well as my 800 Sq ft office space. I never waited more than 40 minutes if I needed service (other offices unlocked for internet installation). I always got an immediate response to my text messages. They made everything easy and convenient. Also a huge shout out to Mike Gilbert, one of the property managers. As with Bill, he was professional and personable and responded to messages immediately. Would highly recommend them if you're looking to move into an office space. Super affordable with several locations and size options. Would definitely work with Thresh Enterprises again.
