I'm moving from city to city about 100 miles away from each other and James was always available through text messaging as well as getting listings situated so that I could look at multiple houses in one day, therefore maximizing my time in Fort Wayne. This was my first time purchasing a home and James was very patient and answered/explained all my questions that I had since I had zilch experience in what to look at when purchasing a home beyond just room size and space.
