I really enjoyed living here. The office staff, especially the girls in the office, were always helpful and communicative, which made the whole process—move-in through move-out—smooth and stress-free. Great experience overall!

I bought a house. I went to the leasing office to give my 60 day notice as it stated on the lease. When I went to the office the 1st time at 2:30 pm no one was even in the office. I sat in the leasing office and waited a whole hour for someone. I came back at 4:30 pm to which I had spoke to the leasing assistant. I then said I needed to break my lease due to me buying a home. I was given a move out sheet and on a sticky (that I attached to this review) note my move out date and what I would owe. I turned in my keys the end of Oct, and I texted them my forwarding address. Fast forward to present day they sent me to collections right away for 11,000.00, which is not what I was told I would owe. I have proof of what was given to me. I have lived here for several years and it has been great. The staff is always helpful and the maintenance workers are wonderful. The neighborhood is safe and there is no loud noises. I would recommend Three Oaks to families.

Notice to Applicants-Take Precautions I applied here due to their indication of no credit requirements and indication that they don’t deny applicants based off credit. Well, that’s exactly what they did to me. I was more hurt at the fact that there were no options provided to me to approve my app. No additional deposits, no option to obtain a co-signer (although I previously mentioned it wasn’t an option, it could become one if homeless is a factor) I secured a 2nd job in which my income would put me at 4x the rent prior to move in (May) but I didn’t bother mentioned it. Definitely felt defeated. Moral of the story, ask as many questions you want, just don’t get your hopes up. Have a plan B if you are apartment shopping. (Which can be hard with increased app fees)

I have been waiting well over 30days for the return of my deposit, when I did the application online no where in there terms and conditions does it say you will be mailed a check and your out of $150 for 90+ days. It says if you are not approved you will be refunded to the card on file.I have been calling and emailing this office and still no answer no response they mail out a letter to me but no check was included. I think I need to get a lawyer involved, because at this you’re stealing. No matter the amount of money it is. The lady in the office said oh no well mail you out a check it should only take a week it’s been over 30 days I’ve been giving yall the benefit of the doubt now I’m done! I want my money back Now! I should have been able to come and pick my check or money order up fro
